Tag, You’re IT…
Gift tags are primarily a practical part of the gift’s attire… They let you know who the present is from. Sometimes they are cute. But once in a while you’ll see that these small thingies can be quite pretty and/or cleverly made, if the gift-giver has enough effort left to care about little details like that… I have a gazillion of laminate samples (I just can’t see stuff thrown out if there is even the faintest chance that it can be used for something fun). They are a tad too big for jewelry… so, idea of gift tags crossed my mind and I was looking for inspiration. Sharing time:
Super pretty tags from Susie Ghahremani aka BoyGirlParty

While I was at it, I naturally got totally distracted by these papercut tags from Patricia Zapata from A Little Hut

As well as these clever ceramics tags/ornaments from claynfiber on Etsy:

Oh, and here’s one more funny and clever usage for these babies – hangtags that you can put on pretty much anything – cellphone, purse, your friend’s back (if it’s April’s fool day, for example?
) From Junxtaposition:

So, there’s a lot of fun stuff you can make out of them… just need some time and inspiration. But for now.. Tag, you’re it! Seen any cool gift tags lately?
